We are allready planning a Yoga & Adventure trip to Sardinia focuing around Yoga/ Pranayamas/meditation and freediving. We are both very dedicated freedivers and it goes very much hand in hand with yoga and meditation in Sardinia which is probably one of the most beautiful freediving places in the world. I dont know the exact dates yet but it will be in the beginning of May.
