I am a bit tierd of this whole fitness hysteria... Misunderstand me right, I think it's awesome that people excercise, eat well and all that.. But what enoys me is that it's so much focus on getting THAT body and it seems like the dream goal is to have the perfect body, which by the new ideals (in womens case) are superdeffed man-arms, sixpack a huge brazilian ass and skinny legs... Ahhh I get so tierd... It's really nice with the exercise trend beacause it will make people feel better and healthier... But I think the goal schouldn't be to have a perfect ass (that is just a bouns) I think the goal schould be to maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle. That is substanible. That doesn't take up your whole life.

And then we arrive to my next complain; the food talk... People are obsessed about talking about food, the latest yummy thing with little calories... It makes me just wanna buy top noch italian icecream... And eat a good pasta... I think, food is something we eat, to survive, to socialize, to experience and use our tastesenses, to discover culture... But to eat it just to look better... It's just so superficious.. The reson schould be to FEEL our best (the look will also come naturally)

Do you guys understand my point her?? I love that people to exercise, I love them to eat good but I DON*T love that the goal is the Body. The body is just a body, it's a tool for you to get around in life to forfill what ever purpose you are meant for. Without health the body is an obsticle so we schould take good care of it, love it, nuture it with care and tenderness, but we schould not define ourself from what we look like. We are not our body and we are not our thoughts. We are a holy, pure light of love. The body is just the first layer of our being...  Maybe a new goal can be to dicover whats hiding under our flesh and bones? :)
