There was no waves but we saw the most beautiful sunset and I made yoga in the beach of La Isleta.. Just some basic Sunsalutation and balance poses.. Was so stunned by the beauty of the place it was hard to do any yoga actully!
Eat breakfast watching the sun go up wow.. It's very easy to be happy here...
Yesterday morning I was also going to a yoga class here in Almeria... The guy seemed kind of skilled but they doesn't really get it right here... The music (mantra hiphop???) the kind of asanas, the structure of the class was a a bit Mjaa no I rather do it myself.. But shame on the one who gives up, I going now to a Vinyasa class and I hope it's better. Would be nice to get some new inspo. The best training to become a better teacher is to go on a lot of diffrent yoga classes and then "steal" the best from them :)
