We found it! The ultimate paradise! Imagine a white beach, palms, surfing possibility’s on sand, climbing, diving, 2 resorts where I can work with the yoga! It’s here! In Sabang! This place is mostly known and visited for the underground river, a spectacular cave that has tunnels 4.5 km into the mountain it has been nominated to be one of the 7 wonders of the world.
What people don’t really realize is that the small town Sabang where you catch the ferry to go to this attraction is just as amazing as the seven wonders itself.

We rent a bungalow, right on the beach for 4 euros/ per person.
We eat chocolate milk with oat to breakfast for 0.5 euro.
We get our lunch cooked from an beautiful old lady that makes special food orders for us everyday, usally squid, fish, soups or noodles, it’s delicious and cost us less then 1 euro each…
For dinner we go to the market and buy nice first class vegetables and fish for us and our neighbors that will cook the meal for us for around 2 euros per person..

So we live like kings, eat royal good seafood for less then 10 euros per day! And people say they can’t afford travelling! Come on it’s cheaper than staying at home!
But more than that it is fantastic life quality here for little money, the atmosphere is amazing. Everyone is so relaxed, just treating you as a person not a tourist. So warm and open hearted it is amazing. Here in Philippines basketball is the shit and everyone is playing or following the series in U.S. Carlos went to the basketball play tournament and asked if he could join. And they said yes, haha, after that everyone in the village knows who him and scream Carlos! Carlos! After him everywhere we go… :)

Besides from basket ball, and underground river, we have visited an eco farm, interesting to see who they do things here because I also plan to do kind of the same in my retreat Stubbavik that hopefully will start next summer.
Now I gonna do yoga before the sunset and then we gonna have a super BBQ with our neighbors, Carlos is out spearfishing and I hope he will bring home something good for dinner :)
